  1.    When the player in fourth position doubles
  2. a suit bid, it promises at least 3 card
  3. support for all the unbid suits.  It also
  4. guarantees a RPC of 12 or more.

  6.     Partner must respond in his/her best,
  7. unbid suit even with a bust hand.  The
  8. only exception to this rule occurs when
  9. the partner has 5 or more cards in the
  10. doubled suit.  In this case he/she passes
  11. and converts the take out double to a penalty
  12. double

  14.     Partner determines how high to bid by
  15. examining the strength of the suit and
  16. his/her OPC.  For example with 5 cards in
  17. the unbid suit and OPC of 12 or more, bid
  18. game in a major suit.
